Q1: What does your company do?

A: Our company supports foreigners who wish to work in Japan under the Specified Skill System. We provide consistent services from local education to post-entry support.

 

Q2: What made you decide to take SARA ONLINE?

A: I was attracted by the fact that there is an environment where I can learn Japanese well online from the local language before I move to Japan.

 

Q3: What was your impression before taking online lessons?

A: At first I thought it might be difficult to teach unless it was face-to-face, but even online was more effective than I expected.

 

Q4: What kind of lessons do you request at SARA ONLINE?

A: I am learning not only daily conversation but also focusing on expressions used at work.

A: Students have improved remarkably in a short period of time and have begun to use Japanese with confidence.

Q1. I would like to cancel my lesson reservation.
A1. You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours in advance. Please make a reservation at a more convenient time.
Q2. Can I return tickets that I have not used within the expiration date?
A2. No, we cannot return tickets that have expired. Please use the tickets within the expiration date.
Q3. Do I need to purchase a textbook for lessons?
A3. Basically, the teacher will share the screen, so there is no need to purchase it. However, if you would like to use your own textbook in the lesson, please contact us.
Q4. It's time for the lesson, but how do I attend the class?
A4. Please click on the Zoom link sent to you by email.
Q5. Can I take classes from overseas?
A5. Yes, you can take classes from anywhere as long as you have internet and a camera.
Q6. How many hours in advance can I book a lesson?
A6. You can do so up to 24 hours before the start time.
Q7. I have a question I would like to ask outside of class time.

Q8. How can I cancel or suspend my membership?
A4. There is no cancellation or suspension system. After you have used up your current ticket, you can take lessons again whenever you want as long as you do not purchase the next ticket.
